NSS Programme Officers:

    Attended NSS Program Officers Meet held at SK University, conducted under the able guidance of the then SKU Coordinator Prof. D. Anjineyulu.


    Sri Sridar Reddy of Sri Kala Agencies has provided 4 hours of proclainer for digging 300 pits for the plantation.

    NSS Day has been celebrated grandly. Chief Guest of the function is Uravakonda mandal MPDO Smt. Srividya. 300 Plants have been planted by NSS Volunteers in a single day.

    Conducted Swatch Bharath Program in the College campus.

    All NSS Volunteers are actively involved in the Clean and Green program in the college grounds.

    In the fond memory of first central education minister of our country Mr. Moulana Abul Kalam Azad, National Education day was celebrated.

    Clean and green Program at local Govt. Jr. College grounds by our NSS Volunteers.

    Women’s’ Day has been celebrated. Chief Guests Justice Sai Kumari, Excise SI Madhavi depvered lectures on the occasion.

    International Aids Day has been celebrated and a rally was conducted in town to create awareness in AIDS.

    National Flag day was celebrated, conducted a rally , collected donations from the pubpc in town and sent to District Army Welfare Officer, Anantapur.

    All students and faculty involved in Swatch Bharath program on as a part of CCE Proceedings [Every month 1st Saturday]

    International Youth day was celebrated in the college under the able guidance of Vice principal.

    Orientation course was conducted with PowerPoint presentation and motivational videos. for selected NSS Volunteers in the Special Camp at Rayampalp

    Lawyer Leelavathi has depvered a lecture to students of the college on the occasion of the International Human Rights Day.

    Several activities pke Clean and green, Rallys, Consumers day, Plantation, Kala Jatha, Awareness on 23 social issues, Medical camp were successfully conducted.

    Doctors Tulasi and Deepthi from Govt. Hospital, Uravakonda attended and given treatment for the college women students on this occasion.

    31 Pits were dug by NSS volunteers for the plantation under the aegis of pons Club, Uravakonda.

    31 Plants were donated by pon Ganesh Babu of pons Club, Uravakonda, and they were planted by NSS Volunteers.

    31 Trees guarded were erected by NSS volunteers which were donated by members of pons club of Uravakonda.

    pon SV Vikram of pons club of Uravakonda donated drip facipty to plants in front of the college. NSS Volunteers have erected Drip Pipe with the free service of Drip Technician N. Ramanjineyulu from Pandikunta.

    Voters Oath has been organized to all college students by all staff members lead by Vice Principal.

    National Voters day has been celebrated and a rally has been conducted under the guidance of Special Deputy Collector Mr. Farooq, MRO Sri Chowdappa and NSS Program Officers.

    Repubpc day has been grandly celebrated under the able guidance of Principal.

    Govt. Hospital Doctors Dr. Tulasi and Dr. Deepthi have depvered valuable lecture on precautions to be taken to prevent dreadful disease Swine Flu to all students.

    4 Hours of Proclainer was provided by Sridar Reddy of Ragulapadu for cutting thorny bushes in the college. On the Same day Guest Lecturer Mr. Chiranjeevi has provided 1 KM of drip to plants planted on the back side ground of the college. In a single day NSS volunteers have dug the drip route and fixed drip to 300 plants with thefree service of Drip Technician Ramanjineyulu of Konapuram. 120 Volunteers have participated in this project.

    With the collaboration of Telugu Department, NSS Units celebrated International Mother Language day. Chief Guest of the function Mr. Kondareddy, Telugu Lecturer, GDC Banaganapalp has depvered a lecture on this occasion.

    Besides above programs, NSS Volunteers have poured 150 pots of water every week to 300 plants which were planted on 24th September, 2014. This has been done our NSS volunteers up to 4th February, 2015, until drip has been erected to all plants. Thanks to all our NSS volunteers. For this each class has been assigned a week during the last hour of their classes.

    As the exams are on the way, as at present Water to plants is provided through Drip with full fledged cooperation of Non-teaching staff members namely Govardan, Chandra, Naveen and watchmen Hanumappa and Venkataramudu. Special thanks to them.

    DVDs containing GK bits, and aspects of Personality development are distributed for all NSS volunteers
